Something About You by Julie James

something about you

All assistant US Attorney, Cameron Lynde wanted was a great massage while her new wood floors settled. Though expensive it didn’t seem overmuch to plan an evening at an expensive hotel. But wicked, wicked fate used just that opportunity to put her back in the path of FBI Special Agent Jack Pallas by having her ear-witness a murder.

So what if the animosity between them was still alive and well after three years when things were said and done that changed them both. Wading through big city political corruption Jack and Cameron uncover the nefarious murder plot and exactly how she became the next potential victim.

While the tale itself was more interesting than compelling the colorful characters and the ever-present sense of danger kept this reader intrigued. This foundation story for series this reader is anxious to get into was extremely easy to read. There was chemistry to spare in the love hate relationship between the likable leads and their sexual tension electric.
