By day, Avery Miller’s excited her dream of being a farmer is becoming her reality. By night, she’s having the strangest dreams of a shadowy man visiting her and waking with a euphoric feeling of love. Avery’s neighbors, skeptical of her abilities and solitude, warn her of a wolf rampantly killing livestock and the rumor her farm is haunted.
Shrugging off the warning, Avery sees and is drawn to the wolf that turns out to be a shifter. A sweet interlude with him under the full moon leaves her pregnant and desperate to find him. I liked the cute premise of this bite sized read with its clear writing style and good pacing, though I felt the story would have been better served with a couple more pages.
